Pregnancy Massage
Positioning is done with care and consideration of the mother’s comfort, and safety for the developing fetus. Port Coquitlam Therapeutic Massage has a Pregnancy Pillow. The mother may opt to use the Pregnancy pillow in a side lying position, or simply use a body pillow.
ICBC Claims
You've suffered injuries in a car accident; and consulted with your Physician who agrees therapy is necessary. Luckily ICBC makes massage coverage available to victims of motor vehicle accidents. All of our Therapists are registered providers with ICBC. We can provide direct billing to ICBC for your accident related massage therapy claims. We also offer flexible appointment times throughout the week.
Massage For Seniors
Massage for seniors is available at PoCo Massage. While the massage techniques do not differ greatly for seniors, care is given to the comfortable positioning of the client, and to the depth and pressure of the treatment. At PoCO Massage each treatment room is equipped with an electric table which enables seniors to get on and off the table comfortably and safely at a low level. No need to climb up on foot stools to reach the table.
